Neupogen washes were thought to show promise for both endometrial thickness and to improve implantation. Last year a pilot study showed equivocal results. Have there been any positive studies showing benefit in repetitive miscarriage or poor implantation?

Also, HcG 500 units were trialed in a pilot of study after an Egyptian showed promise, and another US study was stopped when no benefit was seen.

What is your opinion of these medications for implantation and alloimmune dysfunction?

First it depends on how you define alloimmune issues. Most of these treatments are still anecdotal and I was involved in the initial neupogen studies and results varied as they did with the HCG. But there are correct treatments once alloimmune issues have been correctly identified (DQalpha mathing is not a diagnosis , see my blog on website about HLA matching ) .
