Hi Dr. Braverman,

Can you tell me if the following result warrants DQ alpha testing? Also, if not, do you feel that a borderline result needs to be treated (steroids, IVig, intralipids)??

Thanks,
Sophie

The results are very incomplete to make any recommendations, they do not appear to suggest any immune issues by themselves but much more testing would be required to make any real conclusions.
