over supressed by steroids ?

Good morning dr Braverman,
I am reading your blog and find it of priceless value of knowledge. I would like to ask you for your opinion despite knowing that my tests are of very little extent to what you use . I am 45 living in UK , just about to have my last DE frozen ET in 1 month time. I have had 2 failed OE cycles and 5 DE failed ivf in the past. This is also my 3rd time with support of Dr Gorgy in London . Below are my immune investigations:
Tnf a:IL-10 22.1 (normal range 13.2 - 30.6 )IFN-g:IL10 ( CD3+CD4) is 4.2 (normal range 5.8 - 20.5 )NK Panel 50:1 11.4 10.00 - 40.00
25:1 9.0 5.00 - 30.00
12.5 :1 5.7 3.00 - 20.00
IVIG 12.5mg/ml, 50:1 7.0
IVIG 12,5 mg/ml 25:1 6.0
Intralipid 1,5 mg/ml,50:1 10.2
Intralipid 1,5 mg/ml,25:1 10.6
CD3 10.6 6.00 - 85.00CD19 8.5 2.00 - 12.00
CD56 16,6 2.00 - 12.00
CD19,CD5 12,6 5.00 - 10.00

I am missing 3 KIR receptors and I am homo mthfr.
Dr Gorgy prescribed me
25 mg prednisolone
IVIG ( about 8th - 10 th day of cycle )
Neupogen wash about day 8th - 10 th ( then jabs )
clexane ( 40 mg mornign 20 mg evening )

I am really afraind of being oversupressed by steroids and afraid it will impair my implantation chances.
Also as my IL10 is lower then normal range, and as I read that neupogen should not be generaly administred with steroids I am afraid of this too. Could you please suggest how you would proceed ?
