Dear Dr Braverman,,
i am 44 yo from Europe trying to have donor egg baby.
I had a few natural pregnancies and MC 40-43 yo and donor egg pregnancy in dec 2013 which ended with sudden bleed and MC on 6w6d after both heart beats were seen.
I did abroad investigation after MC:
Uterus - hysteroscopy and biopsy - no issues, no infection
thyroid - no issues
Thrombophilia - PAI1 hetero
Diabetes - insulin resistance
hidden chlamidia in men's blood found
immunes - NK cell panel - all below 15%. TNFa 23.6, IFNg 9.2
uterine Biopsies CD57+ borderline high, FoxP3+ somewhat didiminished negative LAD

in April this year I had FET resulting in chemical pregnancy.
i had following therapies: LIT one with partner and one with donor pool, metformin 3 daily, antibiotics 25 day course, from 10 days before ET: clexane, prednisolon 40mg, IVIG one drip, doxycycline, valtrex.

i read on your forum about concerns of over suppression and preventing implantation in patients with low NK cells in blood. I am wondering if this is my case and whanted to ask what your preferred strategy for low NK cells in blood but uterine NK cells.

thank you!
WTBM

There is no strategy with so little information. LAD is really of no value and your prescribed medicaion appears to be mostly guess work as there is no clear diagnosis. NK cells can be high or low in pathologic states so you need to know which "state" you are in then a correct treatment plan can be given.
Please read the Diagnostic Testing Section of my website. I would be happy to assist you with this , simply fill out a consult form on our website. Good Luck.
