Your immune testing is not adequate to reach any conclusions. There is no significance at all to a single DQalpha match(we have many pregnancies with such) , your CD19/5 are essentially normal(levels in the 20s or 30s) . I would be happy to help you as you certainly require a more in depth workup. Feel free to call my office and schedule a consultation, I would be happy to assist you.

Thank you. I already have an appt with you, just being impatient.

Would you prescribe intralipids for a partial match? I ask because I'm about to start them.

Do you know what the CD3+ value means? Normal range is up to 85 and my value is 96.

there is no significance to a partial DQalpha match and nor the elevated CD3 . We need to look elsewhere for answers.

Thank you!

I read a post on your website about genetic predisposition to miscarriage with an Alpha of 4.1 and the presence of DRB-3. I wanted to post my full HLA results:

DQ Alpha 4.1,4.1
DQ Beta 3, 3
HLA-A 24,26
HLA-B 14,35
HLA-C 04,08
HLA-DRB1 11,13, DRB3 Present

From your article, it looks like I meet that criteria. Is that the case?

Thanks again for your time.

Oops, I just re-read your post and it says DRB1 03, not DRB3. I am hoping that means I am not at risk for this. Thank you again.
