I'm 40 years old, trying to conceive for 2 years. I've tried 7 clomid cycles. I'm on 175mcg synthroid and I've just gotten a positive ANA test 1:160, speckled pattern; platelet count of 117 thousand/uL. I have absolutely no other symptoms of autoimmune or Lupus. Your thoughts?

you don't need symptoms for those to be a problem you may still needs treatments
