Good Morning Dr. Braverman,

I have a couple of questions about my recurrent pregnancies. To begin, I got pregnant in 2012 and had an abortion at 13 weeks because I was bleeding and the doctor said the baby was going to miscarry because the sac was too small. I got pregnant again 6 months later, only to have another miscarriage. There was no sign of a sac or anything. Then, I went to a RE and found out I had PCOS. He did an ovarian wedge resection surgery on me. This caused blockage in one tube. I have tried IUI with no success. I have also gone through IVF. They tested me and I had a positive RPN test. They said they tested again with a confirmatory test and it was negative. The doctor put in 2 5 day blasts. Only one embryo made it. Again, I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks. The sac was very small. At this point, I don't know what my next move should be. I live in South Carolina and would like to know my next point of action. We still have 6 embryos left. We can't afford to do PGD testing. What are your thoughts?

you should have an immune panel run, I agree , you do not need PGD at this time. We can coordinate a transfer with your center in S.C.
