Dear Dr.Braverman, I am based in Cyprus, an island near Greece and my wife and i have been trying to conceive for some time. We have had two failed IVF's the first of which was positive but m/c at 4 weeks. After that we took a series of immunology tests, did IVIg 5 days prior to blastocyst transfer. A GYN friend of ours who practices in the US told us that the next step should be steroids. We have frozen blastocysts, but i don't want to continue to put my wife through more frustration without getting a more solid understanding on the correct therapy based on the immune issues found. I have read a lot about your clinic, but since we are based in Cyprus how would you recommend we proceed in putting forth a therapy procedure? Many thanks

If you call my office and set up a consultation I can first get your history complete and see what you would need. I can then order all my tests to be drawn regardless of where you live. Once we see where the problem is I can put together a management plan that you can carry out at your local clinic and if necessary I will call them to direct care, I do this all the time for patients overseas.
