Hello Dr Braverman,After 8 good quality embryos (4 ICSI treatments) transfered with negative result we did HLA testing.

My results are C*07 C*04 HLA-C: C1/C2. My husband’s results are C*04 HLA-C: C2/C2.

My KIR came back positive for: 2DL1, 2DL3, 2DL4, 2DL5, 3DL1, 3DL2, 3DL3, 2DS1, 2DS4, 2DS5, 3DS1, 2DP1, 3DP1 (Haplotip Kir: AB – Genotip ID:2).

Do you think there’s any explanation here? I’m from Portugal and the doctor’s around here aren’t familiar with these issues. After 4 ICSI’s all they say is to keep trying and one day it will work…

Thank you for your attentionMary

That is very minimal information to make a diagnosis. I suggest you fill out a consult form on the website and we can schedule a free consult by SKYPE or phone to discuss your case. You should not keep trying until a workup is done by us .
