Dear Dr Braverman

I hope you can help. My history is I am 38.5 with the following issues
Endometriosis, Diverticular disease, Lactor V Leiden heterozygous, O rhesus negative, Low AMH, High FSH (12) high natural killer cells.

I have been pregnant naturally three time in 2012, first ended in a chemical pregnancy, 8 weeks later I was pregnant and this ended in a MMC at 9 weeks I then had IVF which failed, I then became pregnant again 6 weeks after failed IVF this ended in a diagnosis of triploidy symdrome at 13 weeks followed by a natural MC a week later. I then had IVF again 5 months later that ended in a negative. I went abroad this year and had IUI, IVF & FET all ended in a negative. I took 20mg prednisolone neupogen 10IU per day had a GCSF wash intralipids & took antiinflammatories and aspirin and clexane, my partners sperm is perfect so it must be me.

I have decided to turn to donor egg but I am worried with my history of repeated failure this will be a waste of time and money if my body is killing my embryos, can you suggest anything?

I think you need a diagnosis for your problem and not multiiple treatments aimed at trying to treat "everything" . Prior to donor egg you need to get a complet diagnositc immune panel (see my website under diagnostic testing and sample reports). If you would like me to help you with this fill out a consult request fom on the website and we can schedule a free 10 minute chat to review your case.
