Hi Dr Braverman, thank you for taking the time to answer our questions! To keep a very long story short, over the past 3 years I have had 6 IVF transfers with PGS tested normal embryos, resulting in an ectopic pregnancy, 2 very early chemical pregnancies (beta of 10) and 3 negative cycles. I have no known issues, all my standard immune bloods came back ok, however I had an endometrial biopys which showed my NKs were on the high side of normal. My lining is an issue, on a fresh cycle I am normally between 7mm - 8.5mm on the day I trigger and between 8mm-9mm on the day of transfer but for a FET I really struggle, I have had 4 cycles cancelled due to my lining not getting over 6mm, other FETs have gone ahead when my lining is between 6.5mm-7mm on the day I start progesterone with a lining of 7mm-8.5mm on the day of transfer, I have tried everything, G-CSF wash, vaginal viagra, supplements, acupuncture and all with the same results. I know my lining is part of the problem but I also suspect there are other issues. I have recently been diagnoised with endometeriosis and I am awaiting a op to remove 2 chocolate cysts. For my last transfer due to the fact of the biopsy, I had intralipids 12 days before transfer, on the day of transfer, 5mg steriods increasing to 20mg 2 days before transfer and also Clexane, however my lining was only 7.6mm on the day of transfer, this resulted in a beta of 10. I am due to have the DQ Alpha test and also the NK562 test, do you think there are any other immune tests I should have done? I really look forward to hearing from you! Thanks

Based on your information , you have not had adequate immune testing to correctly guide your therapy. DQ alpha testing is outdated and irrevelant and NK testing alone also of little value. I might suggest you call me , its a free consult, and we can discuss your case in detail. Simply fill out a consultation request on my website.
