Risks to baby or mother?

Hi Dr. Braverman,

Are there any risks to taking Lovenox (40 mg twice a day if dosage matters in this question) while pregnant? That is risks to either the baby or the mother?

I never read anything about risks to this medication....

If monitored correctly we have not seen any complications with mother or baby even at the twice / day dose.
