Hi Dr Braverman,
I'm 37 yrs old with a healthy 4 yr old son but 3 susequent miscarriages in the past few years. 1st and 2 losses were at 8 weeks and 3rd was at 10 weeks. This 3rd pregnancy was the result of ivf which went very smoothly. After my 2nd loss I had the RPL workup done including genetic testing for both my husband and I. Everything came back normal except that I have Factor 5 leiden. Genetic testing was also done on the fetus which came back as a normal. Prior to this 3rd loss, i was treated with Lovanox and progesterone. Everything looked great at 8.5 week ultrasound, my hcg level was strong but I spontaneously miscarried again at 10 weeks. I have been on Zoloft 150-200 mgs for 4 yrs or so and I'm wondering if this is causing my miscarriages? I was on 150 mgs with my son but quickly reduced my dosage and was off of it completely at 13 weeks. I did not reduce my dose during these other pregnancies under the advice of my reproductive psychiatrist. As all other tests have come back completely normal ( except for Factor 5 which was addressed) I'm wondering if the Zoloft could be the cause? I appreciate your feedback as it is very difficult to find an expert on this.. Thank you.

I dont think it is related, but if you havent had our immune profile then your workup for RPL is incomplete and Im sure the answer would be found there. It is no tthe Zoloft.
