Hi, Dr. Braverman.

I'm just starting a cycle with you and I wanted to ask you about which supplements you recommend. I've taken a bunch in the past. Are there any you would say I should avoid:
Prenatal vitamin-1 qd
Vitamin D3- 2000 iu qd
pycnogenol - 50 mg qd
CoQ 10 - 200 mg qd
reservatrol - 250 mg qd
Omega 3 -2000 mg qd
inositol - 1000 mg qd
Royal Jelly - 625 mg qd

I also tried melatonin once. I had palpitations, so I haven't tried it again. May just have been a coincidence, so I'll give it another try if you recommend it. I'm on meds for hypothyroidism, and I heard it might interact?
Thanks for your advice!

Im a fan of all that you have listed. Yes the melatonin has been known to give unusual side affects, not critical you have plenty to work with nice blend of flavanoid antioxidants plus omega 3 and the unkown royal jelly that I always seem to see patients get pregnant with but no known mechanism as of this date. Most women need the Vit D so 2000 is perfect.
