I have PCOS and my husband has congenitl bilateral absence of vas deferens. A sperm aspiration procedure yielded a limited number of frozen vials of sperm. The only was for us to have biological children is via IVF with ICSI.At 26, our first IVF cycle gave very poor results. We switched clinics. Our second round resulted in a healthy, term twin pregnancy. The only incident was minor spotting at 7 weeks. At 29, our FET resulted in a singleton pregnancy. 10 days after the embryo transfer I developed a rash all over my body. I have never had a rash before in my life. I miscarried at 6 weeks. The rash went away around what woud have been 10-12 weeks. At 30, our fresh IVF resulted in another twin pregnancy. The aspirin was removed from the protocal in fear that it might cause or aggravate the rash that happened last time. But again, 10 days after the transfer the rash returned and left around 10-12 weeks. Incidentally, at 7 weeks instead of minor spotting I had major bleeding. Each baby was diagnosed with very large subchorionic hematomas. The bleeding never stopped and at 14 weeks I had pprom likely due to a placental abruption caused by the hematomas. By 15 weeks, I had lost the pregnancy.

Given that the only way for us to have kids is via costly IVF, that we have a limited number of frozen vials of sperm, that I have had two miscarriages, that I develop a mysterious rash only during pregnancy, and that hematomas are an issue, what should I do now? Could it be immune related and warrant an immunological workup? Should I just try another round of IVF as is, perhaps reinstating the aspirin? Any advice on what my next move should be would be appreciated.

Yes this sounds very much like an implantation problem where there could be many reasons, both immune and incompletely treated PCOS the mostl likely causes.
I would suggest you schedule a consultation with me prior to undergoing another IVF procedure. Im sure I can at least identify the most likely cause of the problem
