Hi Dr. Braverman - I am 29 and have had 3 miscarriages in the past ~year. The first at 6 weeks, the 2nd at ~5 / 6 weeks (numbers rose abnormally so D&C to remove, ectopic could not be ruled out), and my most recent at 12.5 weeks after having seen the baby on ultrasound and hearing heartbeat just the day before (was at Dr. due to bleeding). So far all of my RPL testing has come back normal except for a slightly high anticardio lipin igm (21 right after I miscarried, and 18 6 weeks later). My fsh / lh, estridol, etc. have all been in good range too. My TSH was typically around 1.1 and right after my mc it was 0.6. My free T4 and free T3 are in the reference range. Do you think the high cardiolipin antibodies is likely the cause (especially for a 12.5 week mc) or something else? Thank you in advance for your feedback.
