Dr. Braverman,

I am 28 years old, my husband and I recently underwent an IVF cycle in which 22 eggs were retrieved, 21 mature, 16 fertilized with ICSI and 9 made it for day 5-6 biopsy. We were recently informed that all 9 embryos were PGS abnormal. Most of which were complex abnormals. I stimmed for 8 days following about 3 weeks of birth control use. I stopped birth control on 28 march and started stimulation on 1 april with only spotting inbetween. I was stimulating with 150 gonal f/ 75 menopur for the first 2 days then was advised to stop the menopu because my estrogen level was 414. I continued on 150 gonal f for 3 days adding in cetrotide on day 4. my estrogen levels continued to be high. My last reading was 4310 prior to 10000 units of hcg. All of my and my husbands labs have returned normal. FSH of 6/ AMH of 8.71. I did have a diagnostic/ operative lap in December in which one spot of stage 1 endometriosis was removed. I have had 2 successful pregnancies in the past in a prior marriage both conceived the first month of trying. My question is what are your thoughts on my situation? What testing or supplements would you suggest I use? Would I benefit from a different protocol? I read your research on mitochodrial dysfunction and endometriosis and would like to know what supplements you reccommend? I can't imagine at 28 all of my eggs are abnormal which is what my fertility specialist is insinuating? Thank you in advance for your response.

I would start our endo optimize you can get from Amazon or from our website. We also have a new probiotic for both endo and insulin resistance and I suspect you ahve both. I would fill out a consult form on our website and we can schedule a free consult to reveiw your case in detail. You are correct all your eggs are not bad, it is the environment they are growingin that is, and we can correct that.
