Another round of ivf (icsi) or more tests?

We have just finished our first round of ivf (icsi) that resulted in a chemical pregnancy (I was on 15mg steroids & 2x day 5 blasts transfered, nothing to freeze). Previous history included 14 months doing napro with one unconfirmed early miscarriage or failed implantation (negative hpt and no bloods done). I am 38 and my dh is 47, we have been married for 8 years. We have had the usual tests all coming back normal (including 2x lap&esteem) and the only abnormal results were my dhs DNS fragmentation (17.9%) and the immune tests I had. I had NK cells that were normal, atpo also normal but came back with antithyroiglubulin antibodies at 4.82 (normal range 0.00 - 4.11), which I was told wouldn't stop me from having a baby!) my last tft's in April were normal. Would you suggest I have more tests? If so what would you recommend? Or should we go on and do another cycle in your opinion (have I not had enough early misses)? I was reading that treatment for atas include eltroxin, steroids and clexane, would this be indicated for me if we go ahead with another cycle?

sorry if I haven't included enough information and sorry if I've asked anything you can't answer for definate am just unsure which way to go and feel time is not on my side.

thanks

Your testing is far to minimal to give you any good advice on treatment. It appears you are on immune medications without a clear diagnosis, Im not a fan of that. I would recommend at this piont a full immune panel , and I would be happy to assist you with this.

Thank you for your timely reply. Now just another question really, we live in Ireland would it be feasible? If so how would it work if we decided to go ahead?

cheers again
