Have you heard of or ever prescribed a drug called "atosiban" to improve implantation success? http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22818095 AND
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25336707 According to this study: "Atosiban reduced the number of uterine contractions in these patients and also increased the implantation and pregnancy rates. The pregnancy rate went from zero to 43.7%." ~

I tend to have all the implantation symptoms, including lots of lower abdomen cramping from 5 days post ovulation to about 11 days post ovulation, but then nothing! HPTs and Beta's are usually negative by 14 days past ovulation. I'm already on an immune protocol that consists of IVIG, prednisone, and lovenox but wondering if atosiban may work for me.

If you read my website you know that I never make recommendations on any medicaitons until we have a "diagnosis" for your immune issues. I dont beleive that decreasing uterine contractions will assist if there are real immune issues that need to be treated. So its not a matter of "how do I feel about a certain drug" but rather "is this a correct treatment based on my diagnosis". That is the only way these issues should be addressed.

I meant to ask if you have prescribed the "atosiban" to anyone with success, along with an immune protocol. OR is this something that's not used very often (fairly new)?
