Failed donor w immune protocol

Hi Dr.

i was dx with dor due to low amh at 35.

we have been ttc for 2.5 years. 4 iui, 1 ivf of my own which we did not make any blasts.

We moved right to a proven 22 yo donor. 7 blasts. Failed transfer in January 2016, lost 2 AA embryos.

had immune testing done by dr coulam. She found high interleukin activity. She put me on prednisone and intralipids for that and my hashimotos. I changed to methylated folate for my mthfr double hetero. I also was scoped for silent endo by the top women's surgeon in Detroit. I had stage 3 silent endo removed. I felt positive and proceeded w an FET of 2 embies, an AB and a BC. This has failed. I'm beyond hopeless and in a consistent grief state. What more is there to do?
