IVF vs Natural Cyle

Hi Dr. B,

I wanted to ask if you had as much success with immune management patients that receive immune treatments while doing a natural cycle (without IVF)? Are there downsides to receiving immune treatment while trying to conceive naturally? Is IVF necessary to receive optimal results of immune therapy?

We treat just as many pateints doing natural cycles as we do treating IVF , both are fine.
