were there any other finidngs other than missing KIR. while I look for these it is generally not my first diagnosis . I do beleive that pregnyl does not add much if alredy taking correct dose of neupogen. But again the diagnosis for your problems must be more clear to make any management decisions.

I also have high natural killer cells (last chicago bloods showed them at TNF alpha 28). I am getting an intralipid infusion monthly and will have IVIG day 7 of the stimulation cycle next month. I have also had Humira injections i think to reduce cytokines. I also have factor v Leiden

this is very typical of overtreatment that goes along with inadeqaute testing and lastly treatment by specialists that treat "immune " conditions in pregnacy but are not qualified to make a real diagnosis. There is nothing in your testing that dictates that type of therapy. An understanding of the entire field of immunology is so critically important and that is what is lacking in specialists that are treating "immune "issues related to fertility. Your treatment protocol appears to be mostly guess work , in these instances better to save the money on testing and just treat(which of course I do not recommend). I would be happy to assist you , fill out a consult request on my website and we can schedule a free consult to review your case in detail.
