4 chemical pregnancies ivf pcos

Hello I really need help. I am 30 and have pcos but am thin, and have normal lab values I just don't really have a cycle and never get my period. My husbands semen analysis showed 0% morphology with everything else normal. We have been ttc for 3 years now. After multiple clomid tries then iui's we turned to ivf. We have now done 4 fresh ivf cycles and 1 fet. We have had 4 transfers, each with 2 blastocysts, have had 4 chemical pregnancies. We are considering donor egg now but are still so afraid there is way more going on. During my last cycle I had a fever and body aches 3 days post 5 day transfer. We have each had every test in the book. Last year I did seek out some immune testing from dr sher and he tested nk cells and not sure what else but didn't find anything. My doctor here in Maine does not believe the whole immune stuff so I'm at a loss and unsure of what to do? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

normal testosterone
DH- 30 0% morphology

Well there are several issues here and you may not need donor egg. Fisrt the PCOS can affect egg quality by iteself and can be treated. You may have other imuen issues that can be treated that can affect egg quality (endometriosis). If the morphology is 0% you may end up having the same problem with a donor egg. Also you can not rule out immune issues utnil you have had the "full" immune workup , (see our Diagnostic Testing page).

Thank you so much for getting back to me. Could morphology still be a problem with normal karyotype and good dna fragmentation testing?

Yes if there is 0%.
