Cytokines and Humira

My tnf-a:IL-10 ratio is 40.1 (raised) but IFNg:IL-10 is normal. On this basis I am being recommended Humira and I was wondering whether just on the basis of these two results you would agree with the recommendation?TNF-a:IL-10 14.1 - 39.4 40.0 (my result)IFNg:IL-10 3.7 - 17.6 4.4 (my result)

I dont beleive you can recommend Humira based on a ratio of TNF/IL10 . I would want to see the absolute values of the TNF producting cells by themselves as well as the serum TNF, lastly I would want a diagnosis as to why they were elevated.
