Hi there,

I have had 2 boys previously with no problems. I am trying IVF for a girl but not havng much success.
I have had a full immune work up and the only thing that has come up -

elevated CD 19 - 14.4 and CD5 and CD19 - 19.4

What treatment if any should I have, clexane and lipids? would prednisolone be helpful too? if so how long for? Also progesterone, extra support would be necessary?

Do you think this is necessary as I have had children before?

Do you take aspirin with this type of treatment and a calcium supplement?

Many thanks

As I so often need to reiterate on this forum, checking a few cells does not give you any basis at all for a correct diagnosis and therefore correct treatment. If you feel you have had a full immune workup please compare it to the diagnostic testing page on this website to see if it was complete. Many times paitents will the an immune workup that there center feels is complete and it is simply complete to the level of their understanding of the immune system. You may not have an immune issue with your first two successes and many times we find otther non immune related issues as the cause of the failures.
I would be happy to discuss your case with you , you can call the office and they will schedule a free 10 minute chat with me to reveiw your case.
